Practiced by millions of people each morning in the parks of China, more and more people in the west are discovering “the magic of chi ”. Even a few minutes a day will make a difference to your energy level, release negativity and improve your health and wellness. ($12 or $10 for Co-op members) |

Learn exercises based on time tested yoga principles that can be modified for anyone to practice. You'll stretch your major muscles, loosen joints and learn breathing exercises for reducing discomfort and pain. Many of the exercises will be done sitting in a chair. ($7 or $5 for Co-op memebers) |

SoulCollage® is a creative and satisfying collage process. You make your own deck of cards - each collage card representing one aspect of your personality or Soul. Use the collage cards intuitively to answer life's questions and participate in self-discovery. $30 in advance or $35 on the day of the workshop. All welcome. |

Learn a variety of techniques - therapeutic movement, stretches, posture awareness, acupressure and massage for releasing tension in the neck and shoulders.
